I wonder if they were made as it seems like all phosphor coated SBMV I've come across use the /DX phosphor. However the 100w SBMV lamps have a much more noticeably warmer appearance to other SBMV wattages.

You can get them from a TopBulb but their website appears to be down at the moment.

I had an EYE 100w SBMV  the color was VERY warm ! It looked more incandescent than MV ! I used it for a trade awhile back with another member .

Yeah, I have a used one and like you said it looks much more like a incandescent than a MV. This picture I took of mine is pretty close to what it looks like lit up.

I know for a fact that really old SBMVs used /C, though I wonder if any of the others like /W or /X were used.
