I found one of these in a basement, installed in an old stove hood/fan. Haven’t tested it yet - thought it was a T8 fluorescent but guess it’s actually incandescent.

One of the connectors disappeared in the clutter when I pulled it out, but I’ll plug it in to check it when I find that (l heard it land, so must be here somewhere!).
