Cats are therapeutic sleep doctors! 
So at last it’s October, summer is gone here now, (good riddance)!, I hate summer, bugs, hay fever, sticky uncomfortable nights!, and fleas!, horrible little ********!

Anywho, since we had a really hot week back in July my little princess Tiger Lilly got sick, not helped with fleas! she also stopped eating with the hot weather and hid herself away for months, (as cats do when their unwell).

Now it’s cooled off and she’s had all her flea treatment, I’ve got my cat back!  , last night she curled up with me on the bed for the first time in months, and I slept like a log!

Other cat owners on here will understand what I mean 

I agree !!    I typically have at least one of my 3 cats sleeping with me .  I'm glad she's feeling better !

I’m sure cats have some sort of mystical power over us humans?, I always sleep so much more peacefully with a cat lying next to me!

We are currently catless here at the moment, it's very hard to cope sometimes 

We do occasionally get mini cat fixes with Little Miss Amber Cat who lives next door, sometimes she comes out to see us when we take stuff down to the communal recycling bins. According to her humans, we are the only people apart from them who she lets anywhere near her, we really feel privileged, especially when she lets us feed her treats 

I’ve know people who have had cats sleep with them above their heads. My aunt’s tuxedo tabby is cuddly unless he wants food, in which he’ll meow at you non-stop.

That's what catses do...

Hungry and sleepy, sounds like a cat to me.
