I have two 70W HPS (S62) lamps.  One medium base: Polar Lites HPS70W/MED/ED17 (sans package).  One mogul base in retail sleeve packaging: GE Lucalox LU70/D 043168979207.  It (GE) has silver paint on it and its package, I guess previous owner was doing quick care-free spray work.  It should scrape off with a fingernail, at least it did from a plain incandescent light bulb.
