So in my area two streetlights were removed within weeks. One was a GE M250R2 with drop lens, at the entrance of a strip mall. That one I never saw on at night.

The other was across the highway from it, at an intersection nearby the local EMS. It was a GE M250R2, and it was FCO. I really liked it because it was on a guy wired arm, and a FCO GE which is both a rare thing in my area. It did work at night, so I don't understand why they removed it! They were also working on the power lines nearby, and then I noticed it was gone.
